Final Preparations Underway for Shark Season in San Francisco

The Incredible Adventures San Francisco Shark Team is hard at work getting ready for the September 22 launch of another white shark dive season in San Francisco.  Wetsuits and dive equipment have been inventoried and checked for condition. Additional wetsuits have been ordered and new underwater cameras have been purchased.  Director of West Coast Shark Operations Greg Barron has been working with Lead Dive Instructor Julia Bissinger to finalize crew schedules. Galley Chief Diane has been mentally planning menus and food purchases. Captain Eddie has confirmed the New Eldorado III will be ship-shape and ready to go.

The company's great white cage diving expeditions take place within the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary.  The Farallon Islands are located roughly 25 miles off the coast of San Francisco, California and are considered one of the best places in the world to view adult great white sharks in their natural habitat.

Trips depart from San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. The cost to cage dive is $875 and topside adventures are $375.  For more information, contact Sheri at Incredible Adventures by email or call 800-644-7382.
