NATURALIST TRAINING NOW MANDATORY
New Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary regulations state that attracting great white sharks is illegal without a permit. Incredible Adventures has submitted a permit application and is certain to receive one. Permit holders will be required to have at least one Sanctuary-trained and Sanctuary-certified Naturalist on board each shark-viewing trip. Incredible Adventures has always staffed its trips with knowledgeable naturalists, so the new requirement is no big deal. The Sanctuary is offering free naturalist training courses in July and August and anyone interested in learning more about the Farallones is welcome.
